Livestock Guardian Dogs
Moose and Coco are a dynamic duo! They patrol the sheep and goat pen together. To see them in action is a sight to behold. We have not had a predator related loss of livestock on our farm with these two in charge.

Moose
Moose is 1 gen away from purebred Colorado Mountain Dog. He is Anatolian Shepard, Great Pyrenees, and a bit of Akbash. He is a large but gentle man who is a fierce protector of his flock of sheep, goats, and poultry. We know by the change of his bark when things are not right. He is a natural protector who required minimal training when placed in the pen with Coco. He promptly picked up on what the job entailed. He is an essential part of our farm. Everyone who meets Moose has fallen in love.
Coco
Coco is a Great Pyrenees who is as sweet as they come. She is a gentle soul but a fierce protector of her flock who alerts us as soon as something seems off. She patrols our sheep and goat pen. Our chicken, ducks, and turkeys free range and often wander into this pen as well. With minimal training She has become poultry friendly. Coco is an essential part of our farm. She has proven to be a fantastic mother and allows us to interact with her puppies with no fuss.
LGD Puppies
How can you not fall in love with these puppies?!
These puppies are out of Moose and CoCo so we jokingly call them Chocolate Mooses. As soon as they are of appropriate age and size they will be out with the livestock getting acclimated. They will be exposed to Sheep, goats, poultry, and possibly pigs. With 2 of the most natural working parents we have seen they are sure to be a wonderful addition to any farm or home.
They will be ready the week of Christmas🎄
